We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2023, at the age of 94, Frances Fulton of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, born in Morgantown, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father William Lee; her husband Cecil Fulton; and her daughter Beverly Dean Shoopman. She is survived by : her daughter Shelia Jean Phelps of Beaver Dam; her grandson Shawn Phelps (Ana Feliciano) of Houston, Texas; and her siblings, Tommy Lee of Louisville and Billie Jean Truelove of Morgantown.
