He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald F. Bishop and Hilda A. Fulkerson Knight; his stepfather William O. Knight; his grandparents, Robert Hildred and Anna Rae Fulkerson; and his brother Robert "Jim" Bishop.
He is survived by: his wife Alisha Bishop of Beaver Dam; his children, John Preston "Tyler" Bishop (Samantha) of Bowling Green and Brittany Nicole Bishop (William) of Bowling Green; and his nieces, Jessica Bishop of Henderson and Dr. Amber Duckworth (Matt) of Hersey. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
