She is survived by: her grandchildren, Mickie Rearden, Joseph Baize, Nicholas Wilson and Lucas Wilson; her brother Gwayne Payton; her grandchildren, Josie Lynn Wilson Lucas, Bliss Shephard and McKenzie Wilson; her great great grandchildren, Ivory Shephard, Bryan Ace Sloan Shephard and Huntlee Gunner Shephard; and her friend Maryetta Hudson.
