She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron E. Felty and Edna Mae Howard Felty; her siblings, Pam Felty, David A. Felty, Diana Jones, Michael Felty, Ira Felty, Margole Arnold and Margaret Felty; her nephew Bobby Joe Felty; her great-nephew Dakoda Felty; and her great-niece Kayla Jade Embry.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gary Felty, Gilbert Felty and Cathy Mullins (Al); her stepdaughter Angela Hart; and her caregivers, Rebekah McCown (Billy), Brandy Casey (Lee), Kendra Jones (Charlie), Alissia Filback, Nicole Jones, Leaha Jones, Keasha Embry and Ruben.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Oakwood Cemetery (531 Embry Woods Dr, Hartford, KY 42347). A graveside service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026.
