He was predeceased by: his parents, Carolyn Duncan Helton and Jack Whitledge; his brother Ben Whitledge; and his brother-in-law John Williams. He is survived by: his children, Jack Cody Whitledge of Texas and Lacey Whitledge of Owensboro, KY; his sister Cindy Williams of Providence, KY; his niece Katie Collins (Jody) of Slaughters, KY; and his nephew Travis Williams (Chelsea) of Madisonville.
