She is survived by: her husband Charles "Cort" Smith; her sons, Brian Scott Phelps (Amy) and John Matthew Phelps (Darita Coley); her grandchildren, Austin Phelps, Cameron Phelps and Jasmine Phelps; and her siblings-in-law, Shari Likens and Mike Campbell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
