It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Staci Jean Perry of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, who passed away on May 14, 2026, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Edward Scott Kearns; her son Chad Lake Raymond; her grandson Parker Johnson; her grandparents, Nancy, Henry Kearns, HJ and Mildred Crowe; her in-laws, Emmitt and Louise Perry; her brothers-in-law, Bruce Perry and Ricky Perry; and her uncle Dennis Crowe.
She is survived by: her mother Sheila Crowe McPeek of Hartford; her husband Phillip Perry of Beaver Dam; her daughter Britney Jones (Martin); her pet Branch; her grandchildren, Jayla Johnson (Jalen Blade), Maelynn Johnson (Calub Manley) and Mileia Raley; her great grandchildren, Justice Blade and Lakelynn Manley; her aunt Ann Kearns Chatfield; and her uncle Chris Crowe.
