She is survived by: her sons, Brian Osborne (Jamie) and Justin Osborne (Maghan); her grandchildren, Joseph Embry, Jessica Osborne, Shelbie Embry, Skylar Osborne, Sierra Midkiff (Dillon), Nevaeh Osborne, Jaxon Osborne, Jase Osborne, Lazuras Osborne, Jasper Osborne, Lena Osborne and Carolina Osborne; her great grandchildren, Grayson, Dax, Delilah, Haven and Saylor; her siblings, Joe Chadwick (Sue), Alice Render (Eddie), Mary Wright (Stacy), Jeannie Everly (David) and Betty Jessie (Kenny); her sister-in-law June Miller; and her nephew Roy Hill, Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
