She is survived by: her husband Tommy Smith; her daughters, Tabatha (Jim Huff), Buffy (Glynn Puckett) and Corrie (Bentley Ball); and her siblings, Samuel Eugene Hambrick of Shelbyville, Kentucky and Donna Jean Hewitt of Ghent, Kentucky. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
