He was predeceased by : his parents, William J. B. and Laurie Bell (Boldery); his siblings, Rennie Bell, Virgie Wentworth, William, Frederick and Raymond Bell; his son-in-law Joseph Branham; and his grandson Dwayne Branham.

He is survived by : his children, William Crafton of Bedford, John Bell (Bridget) of Bedford and Laura Branham of Burkesville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Christopher Rice, Savannah Perry, Logan Quiroz and Dakota Branham; his great grandchildren, Dixie Capps, Camden Hamilton and Jesley Sharp; his nephew Jack Scott; and his close friend Hardy Little.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Home - Bedford (441 US-42, Bedford, KY 40006). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
