It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lee Bird of Bedford, Kentucky, who passed away on August 24, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Lee Franklin Bird; his stepfather Don Adams; and his brother Michael Shephard. He is survived by : his mother Edith Taylor Adams of Bedford, KY; his wife Loretta Lynn Preston Bird of Bedford, KY; his sons, Brandon Lee Bird (Amanda) of Milton, KY, Paul Bird of Bedford, KY and Noah Bird (Katie) of Bedford, KY; and his siblings, Barbara Daugherty (Lee) of Bedford, KY, Jennifer Todd (Jason) and Aaron Bird (Cari). He is also survived by his wife, children, friends, and his dogs.

I will always remember and miss Dave I have known david since we were small children we were always together in our teen years through the good and bad. And then ended up working together for the same company since 1993. He will be missed. Loved him like a brother. Yeomen”
