She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Gosman and Mildred Gosman (Bryant); her husband James D. Black; her daughter Rebecca A. Black; her sister Ann Gosman; her son-in-law Mike Wright; and her stepmother Patsy Strader.
She is survived by: her daughter Allie Wright of Bedford; and her siblings, Ruth (John Nixon) of Bedford, John Gosman (Debbie) of Milton and Gerry Gosman of Madison, Indiana. She is also survived by two grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bedford Cemetery.
