He is survived by: his mother Cheri Mikesell; his stepparents, James Cox, Charles Coleman, Megan Carter and Stacey Tucker; his fiancée Bethany Smith; his children, Dallas Thomas Wayne Carter and Heaven Samuels; his grandparents, Julie Mikesell, Leigh Ann Roberts, Vannah Miller, Roland Mikesell and John Payton; his great-grandparent Clara Mikesell; his sisters, Layla Coleman, Lexi Lay and Kara Carter; his stepsiblings, Bryer Clark, Sammi Clark, Paizlea Clark, Tayla Sullivan, Annabelle Cox and Journee Cox; his grandchildren, Tosha, Ron Uebel, Stacey Moscoe (John Northern), Jeremy and Emmylou Mikesell; his aunts and uncles, Sheena Carter, Amy Carter, Valerie Abbott, Makayla Abbott, Darian Carter, Denny Moscoe, Keith Cox, Ethan Sullivan and Preston Miller; and his cousin Emma Grace Craig. He is also survived by several other cousins and close friends.
