She was predeceased by: her parents, R. Samuel Gray and Minnie Gray (Brierly); her husband Jerell R. Farley, Sr.; her son Jerell R. Farley, Jr.; and her siblings, Ellis Gray, James Gray (JR), Norman Gray (Gene) and Shirley Matthews.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Joshua Farley (Jiayi) of Boston and Jerell Farley, III of Milton, Kentucky; and her siblings, Mary Wilson of Ohio and Donald Gray of Milton. She is also survived by two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
