She was predeceased by: her father William Boyd Downey. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Bishop of Bedford; her sons, Tyler Payton of Shelbyville and Justin Payton of Bedford; her stepson Sean Bishop; and her mother Bessie Price of Bedford.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home (425 N Main St, New Castle, KY 40050). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
