He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Green and Dorothy Dale Dunlap (Cutshaw); his wife Jane Dunlap; his son Douglas Dunlap; his brother Dow Dunlap; and his nephew Ronnie Dunlap.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Leigh Anna (Robert Davis); his son Edward; his daughter-in-law Missy Dunlap of Bedford; and his sisters, Barbara Melvin of Bedford and Dottie Black (Danny) of Bedford. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
