She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Duvall and Nannie Saltsman Duvall; and her son J. W. Goins. She is survived by: her husband Troy Goins; her children, Denis Goins (Rose Mary) of Bee Spring, Lavonda Wingfield of Bee Spring, Dewayne Goins of Bee Spring and Eric Goins of Bee Spring; her grandchildren, Paul Goins (Whitney), Kyle Goins (Lauren), Beth Wink (Matt), Andy Goins (Brooke), Sarah Dennis (Nathan), Justin Goins (Kasey) and Seth Wingfield; and her siblings, Jane LoChirco (Sam), Anthony Duvall (Bertie), Tim Duvall (Mary Lou), Tootsie Meredith (Ray) and Milan Duvall. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jock United Baptist Church (489 Old Bee Spring Rd, Bee Spring, KY 42207).
