He was predeceased by: his parents, Davis Edward and Ruby Oneta Shelton Greenfield. He is survived by: his pet Daisy; his wife Phyllis Greenfield; his sons, Andy Greenfield (Emily) of Owensboro, Chris Greenfield (Brittney Berry) of Livermore, Michael Greenfield (Felecia) of Beech Grove and Nick Greenfield of Beech Grove; his grandchildren, Hunter Greenfield, Ruby Greenfield, Eli Greenfield, Luke Greenfield and Owen Johnson; and his brothers, Eddie Greenfield of Sebree and Greg Greenfield of Dixon.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM at the Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel (300 Main St, Calhoun, KY 42327). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
