She is survived by: her husband Russell Powers; her children, Gatlin Cecil of Owensboro and Alliee Colburn of Livermore; her grandson Theo White; and her brothers, Brian Bartley and Kelly'Fred'Bartley (Della).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Beech Grove Christian Church. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
