She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin "Fatty" Elmer Kerr and Delsie Clista Salyer Kerr; her husband Perry Welford Farmer; and her siblings, James "Jibo" Kerr, William "Bull" Ira Kerr, Jimmy Douglas Kerr, Lloyd "Press" Preston Kerr and Jeanette Kerr.
She is survived by: her children, Perry F. Farmer (Jackie) of Pikeville, KY and Cathy Filowiat (Michael) of Mt. Sterling, KY; her sister Mary Hamilton of Belcher, KY; her grandchildren, Sean Farmer, Corey Farmer, Ethan Filowiat and Hannah Vazquez Ciros; and her great grandchild Sebastian Michael Filowiat.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Ferrells Creek Church of Christ or Appalachian Hospice Care.
