He was predeceased by: his parents, Asher Spurlock and Polly Spurlock; and his wife Harriet Spurlock. He is survived by: his children, Cathy Wilz, Rose Johnson, Janice Rhoden and Ken Spurlock. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home - Bellevue (241 Fairfield Ave, Bellevue, KY 41073). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (25 Alexandria Pike, Southgate, KY 41071).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Elizabeth Hospice.
