He was predeceased by: his parents, Rankin Creech and Myrtle Davis Creech; his daughter Kellie Fields; and his sisters, Shelby Clevinger and Martha Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Monette Creech of Benham; his children, Penny Creech of Lynch and Gary Wayne Creech II of London; his siblings, David Wayne Creech (Rhonda) of Cumberland, Bill D. Creech (Linda) of Waco, TX and Ruth A Jackson of Lily, KY; and his grandchildren, Brett Shepherd (Brooke) of Cumberland, Brandon Brock of Lynch, Brayden, Lincoln, Kash and Waylon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the TRI City Funeral Home (496 Holly St, Benham, KY 40807). A memorial service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
