She is survived by: her husband Lenny Jezik; her son Chad Jezik (Heather Dublin) of Mayfield; and her siblings, Patricia Peek (Mike) of Nashville, Tennessee, Bob Johnston of Benton and Jerry Johnston (Paula) of Huntsville, Alabama..
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Life Celebration Center of Filbeck-Cann (1003 Poplar St, Benton, KY 42025). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
