She was predeceased by : her husband Ben Otis Basham; her children, Steve Basham and Donna Jean Basham; and her parents, Robert Clifton Howard and Vernie Alice Bishop.

She is survived by : her son Ben Basham (Sherrie) of Benton; and her grandchildren, Becky Holmstedt, Jessica Phelps and Ben Daniel Basham II.
