She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Culp; her siblings, Robbie Culp, Sara Etta Crowell, George Powers, Pete Powers, Bill Powers and Andrew Powers; her grandchildren, Cory Culp and Vicki Culp; and her parent Jewell Irvin Powers.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Perryman of Smithland, Kentucky, Ellen Joiner (Mike) of Smithland, Kentucky, Louis Culp (Debra) of Benton, Mike Culp (Donna) of Calvert City and Charles Culp; and her brother Jerry Powers of Paducah. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
