He is survived by: his wife Judi Penley of Benton, KY; his sons, Chad Penley of Louisiana and Curt Penley (Cathy) of St. Anne; his stepchildren, John Williams (Renee) of Limestone and Kim LaFlamme-Thorson (Mark) of Bradley; his sister Sandra Konopacke; his sister-in-law Judith Penley of Georgia; his grandchildren, Chase, Chance, Chelsea, Cody, Megan, Stephanie, Chris, Bryan, Rachel and Kyle; and his close friends, Tony Moore of Bradley, Sue and Ben Allen of Kansas. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
