He was predeceased by: his father Dan Lee Moore, Sr.; his stepfather Doyle Culver; and his grandson Jackson Cope. He is survived by: his daughters, Kristen Moore of Murray, Kentucky and Kelsey Moore of Murray, Kentucky; his mother Ruth Culver; his siblings, Belinda Pullen (Mike) of Amarillo, Texas and Shawn Culver (Rhonda) of Hardin, Kentucky; his stepsiblings, Darla Culver Dugger of Murray, Kentucky and Jeff Culver of Murray, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, James Lee Dowdy, Kaylee Dowdy, Presley Moore, Paige Cope and Annabella Moore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
