She is survived by: her mother Debra Smith Culp; her children, Brittany Dowdy (Sean) of Hickory, Kentucky and Jordan Williams (Kinsey Henson) of Calvert City, Kentucky; her siblings, Erica Lumson (Michael) of Mayfield, Kentucky and Kerry Culp (Jennifer) of Calvert City, Kentucky; her granddaughters, Briley Dowdy and Lynnlee Williams; her father Louis Dean Culp; and her parents-in-law, Doug and Kathy Williams.
