He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Futrell and Ethel Calhoun Futrell; his wife Charlotte Ann Davis Futrell; his daughter Rachel Welch; and his siblings, Ruby Boren, Evelyn McKinney, Louise Woods, Ethell Futrell and Dwayne Futrell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vanessa Stevens (Tracy) of Gilbertsville and Chris Fortenbery (Craig) of Benton; his son-in-law Gene Welch; his grandchildren, Amelia Stevens, Katie Dziuk (Gary), Ali Beasley (Steffin), Seth Fortenbery and Zach Fortenbery; and his great grandchildren, Beckham Beasley, Bowen Beasley, Evjen Dziuk of Jude Fortenbery, D. K and Elise Fortenbery.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 1150 Birch St, Benton, KY 42025.
