He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Carol" Mitchell Callihan; his children, Robyn Callihan (Kevin Bowerman) of Benton, Kentucky and Bradley Callihan of Benton, Kentucky; his brother Larry Callihan (Lori) of Lynn Grove, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Alexis Moryl, Leason Callihan and Lendon Callihan; and his sister-in-law Rene Callihan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
