He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Callihan and Margie Lucille Callihan; and his brother Dennis Callihan. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Carol" Mitchell Callihan; his children, Robyn Callihan (Kevin Bowerman) of Benton, Kentucky and Bradley Callihan of Benton, Kentucky; his brother Larry Callihan (Lori) of Lynn Grove, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Alexis Moryl, Leason Callihan and Lendon Callihan; and his sister-in-law Rene Callihan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Life Celebration Center of Filbeck-Cann (1003 Poplar St, Benton, KY 42025). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
