Shelton of Benton, Kentucky, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 6, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Shelton of Benton; his sons, Daniel Shelton (Amy) of Highland, David Shelton (Emily) of Gilbertsville and Christopher Shelton of Hammond, Indiana; his brother Richard Shelton (Donna) of New Lenox, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Douglas Shelton, Riley Shelton, Eric Shelton, Caroline Shelton, Holly Shelton and Jack Shelton.
