She is survived by: her son Thomas Mac Boaz of Clinton, Kentucky; her brother Robert Cochrum (Melissa) of Mayfield; and her grandchildren, River Cunningham, Birdee Brooke Cunningham, Dottie Kurt Cunningham and Kristen Boaz Cunningham (Austin). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
