He was predeceased by: his parents, William Baxter Sullivan and Eleanora Lorraine Maynard Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Jean Story Sullivan; his sons, Corey Sullivan (Jennifer) of Benton and John Sullivan (Angie) of Paducah; his stepchildren, Laura Story of Tampa, Florida and Alan Story (Jessica) of Knoxville; his brother Fred Sullivan (Jeane) of Calvert City; and his grandchildren, Cameron Sullivan, Baylee Sullivan, Noah Green, Cole Green, Austin Ledford, Jacob Ledford, Jessica Ledford, Chloey Story, Briley Story and Piper Story. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
