He is survived by: his mother Shirley Fike Futrell; his wife Thyra Davis Futrell of Benton, Kentucky; his children, Bethany Futrell of Chicago, Laura Futrell of Louisville, Stacy Lee of Denton, Misty Adent (Nathan) of Benton, Kentucky and Casey Lee of Paducah, Kentucky; his siblings, Tina Caroll (Brad) of Benton, Alicia Browning (Melvin) of Calvert City and Barry Jevon "BJ" Futrell of Maui, Hawaii; his grandchildren, Justin Lee, Trey Robinson, Moriah Robinson, Dezmond Robinson, K'Lynn Serad, Alyssa Serad, Hannah Lyons, Athena Crowell and Gabi Lee; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Emma, Camilla, Melissa and Avoni. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
