She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Buford and Glenn Holt; her brother-in-law Kenny Moore; and her aunt Peggy Robey. She is survived by : her parents, Ralph Holt and Patty Alene Havener Holt; her children, Caitlyn Havener York-Mason (Amber) of Benton, KY and David "Kyle" York (Sarah) of Benton, KY; and her siblings, Julie Holt Moore of Murfreesboro, TN, Diane Emerine of Calvert City, KY and Joel "Joey" Holt (Sarah) of Murfreesboro, TN.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Byrn Funeral Home (1020 Paris Rd, Mayfield, KY 42066). A memorial service was held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
