She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Tubbs and Cora Mae Clark Tubbs; her husband James V. Edwards; her daughter Carol Edwards; and her siblings, Claudine Potter, Novalee Tubbs and Rex Tubbs.

She is survived by: her children, Bonita Edwards of Benton, Laverne Malone of Benton and Keith Mitchell Edwards; and her grandchildren, Pam Griffith (Tony), Paula Burdette (Jimmie), Bobby Johnston (Jennifer), Jay Michael Edwards (Kim), Wesley Edwards, Amanda Pittman Cherry (Cody) and Luke Edwards (Hailey). She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
