She was predeceased by: her parents, James N. Alexander and Myrtle Hayes Alexander; and her siblings, Patricia Turner and Michael Hayes. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Samples, Jimmy Alexander (Jessica) and Tabitha Alexander; her brother Alexander (Dianna); her brother-in-law Charles Turner; and her grandchildren, Cody Samples, Randy Samples, Savannah Alexander, Joshua Alexander, Sadie Alexander, Taylor Hall and Kamryn Hall. She is also survived by numerous relatives, friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Reppert Funeral Home (110 N Broadway, Berea, KY 40403). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
