He is survived by: his wife Sharon Powell; his children, Ryan Powell of Mount Vernon and Jessica Powell of Eubank, Kentucky.; his brother Ricky Powell (Ronnie Powell); his uncle Earl Eads of Berea, Kentucky.; and his sister Billie Lavon Martin (Blaine Martin).
