It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Hazelwood of Berea, Kentucky, who passed away on December 21, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, John Wilson and Nora Margaret Gabbard Wilson; her husband James Thomas Hazelwood; and her brothers, Glyndon Wilson and Billy Wilson.
She is survived by : her children, Jimmy Hazelwood (Kim), Kathy Hazelwood, Debbie Murphy (Chris) and Donna Hazelwood (Wayne); her grandchildren, Jayson Hazelwood, Lori Hazelwood, Lyndsey Baker, Kayci Meserve (Landon), Kristyn Frasure (James), Kendra Boswell and Matthew Baker; and her great grandchildren, Matthew Baker, Olivia Meserve, Beckham Meserve, Bodan Meserve, Kylie Bridges, Serenity Hazelwood, Dillion Collins, Ean Collins and Lance Gabbard.
