Peters; her children, Dustin Anthony Peters (Carrie) of Lexington, David Nicholas Peters of Berea, Kentucky and Debra Lynn Flannery of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Ryan Tyler Flannery, Chase Matthew Flannery, Savannah Elizabeth Peters, Sullivan Anthony Peters, Bradyn Reece Peters and Bryson Riley Peters; and her sisters, Brenda Howell (Walker) of Teaberry, Glenda Mitchell of Teaberry and Carolyn Sue Damron (Garyl) of Virgie, Kentucky..

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
