She was predeceased by: her parents, James Leslie and Minnie VanWinkle (Campbell) of Cave Springs; her husband Walter Ballinger; and her siblings, Ronald Lee Van Winkle, Aileen Whitaker, Beulah VanWinkle, Carol Ballinger and James Danny VanWinkle.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Ballinger (Brenda), Hank Ballinger (Nancy), Pat Dean (Charlie) and Tonya Edwards (Stacy); her grandchildren, Jessica Willis, Rachel Day, Sarah Anglin, Melinda Harris, Leah Lowe, Jared Blair, Paige Edwards and Kenton Edwards; her siblings, Eddie VanWinkle, Larry VanWinkle, Joyce Gatliff and Jean Isaacs; and her grandsons, Kyle Willis, Johnathan Day, Brad Anglin, Stewart Harris and Seth Lowe. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
