He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: John L. and Ellie Mae Bowman Young; wife: Forrest Ann Young; siblings: Martha Jane York, Odella Powell, Faye Dees, James Young, Ed Young, Bill Young, and Dorothy Hazelwood; children: Kenny Young (Patti), Terry Young (Diane), and Roger Young; grandsons: Christopher Ryan Young, Justin Duane Young (Alissa), Landon Wyatt Young, and Kenneth Ryder Young; great-granddaughter: Everleigh Ann Lorraine Young; other: Ethan Lake, Zach Himes, Dray Hall, and Bill Lake.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lakes Funeral Home (203 N Dogwood Dr, Berea, KY 40403). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
