He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Ponder and Lucille Mullins Ponder. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Bennett Ponder; his son Scott Ponder (Suzanne); and his sister Edith Chaney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives.
The family requests no flowers and suggests memorial expressions of sympathy be made to ASPCA, St. Judes Hospital, Shriners Hospital or American Cancer Society.
