She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Bertha Hacker Smith; her spouse Freddie Cope; and her siblings, Arlie Smith, Arnold Smith and Pansy Hacker.
She is survived by: her grandson Zachary "Zacky" Pheanis; and her brother Robert Smith (Hazel).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Three Links Christian Church (4124 Three Links Rd, Mt Vernon, KY 40456).
