She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell Farris and Estella Farris; her husband Paul Edward Dunson; and her siblings, Charles, Elmer, Clarence, Roy, Lawrence, Alfred, Carl Farris, Geneva White, Sadie Underwood, Lucille Coleman and Dorothy Dunson.

She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Dunson-Wood of Berea, KY, Pamela Dunson of Berea, KY and Patsy Dunson of Berea, KY; her grandsons, Damon Dunson of Berea, KY and Dustin Wood of Columbus, OH; her nephew Cornelius Bynum; her adoptive son Rev. Wade Stevenson; James Burrell. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
