He was predeceased by: his father Mose Hensley; his son Virgil Wayne Hensley; and his siblings, William Mose Hensley and Minnie Mays. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Hampton Hensley of London, KY; his wife Joy of Berea, KY; his children, Carrie Hensley Hymer (Aaron) of Lebanon, OH, David Hunt of Berea, KY., Melissa Dees (Johnny) of Berea, KY. and Rhonda Blanton of Berea, KY.; and his siblings, Charlie Ray Hensley (Zelma) and Betty Woods (JL) of London, KY.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild along with several nieces, and nephews.
