He is survived by: his son Rick; his daughter-in-law Cynthia; his son Jeff; and his wife Norma.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lakes Funeral Home (203 N Dogwood Dr, Berea, KY 40403). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
