He was predeceased by: his uncle Eddie. He is survived by: his parents, David Gregory and Jeannie Gregory; his grandmother Doris Proctor; his uncle Kenny Proctor (Kathy); and also Wayne Proctor.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Lakes Funeral Home (203 N Dogwood Dr, Berea, KY 40403). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Even in his passing, Jacob became a true Superhero, choosing to give the gift of life through organ donation.
