He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Douglas and Joretta Towels Woolums; his wife Sherry Combs Woolums; his sister Tonya Keith; his grandson David Gray; and his brother-in-law Jerry Greene.
He is survived by: his daughters, Misty Woolums, Jessica Stivers (Brian) and Jo Woolums; his stepdaughter Sylvia Gray (Eddie); his grandchildren, Kaitlynn Goodrich, Emma Pittman, Levi Stivers, Ryan Gray and E. J. Gray; his great grandchild Anderson Goodrich; his sisters, Vanita Greene, Kelly Greene (Richard) and Lisa Woolums; and his in-laws, Linda, Gerald Combs, Lula and Wendell VanWinkle.
