He is survived by: his wife Jonda Howard Raleigh; his children, Newt Howard (Natasha) of Berea and Willow Raleigh Rose (Austin) of Richmond, KY.; his grandchildren, Dustin Howard, Kevin Shouse, Zane Shouse and Olivia Rose; his siblings, Joan Raleigh of Lenoir and James Raleigh of Lenoir; and his nibling Logan Raleigh of Lenoir.
